What makes Pacifica Healthcare different from a conventional primary care visit?
Time, depth, and strategy. We spend the time needed to understand what’s actually driving your symptoms — reviewing your history, running advanced diagnostics when warranted, and building a personalized plan instead of reaching for the nearest protocol.
What can I expect at my first appointment?
Your first visit is a comprehensive intake — not a quick assessment. Dr. Justin will go through your full health history, current symptoms, what you’ve already tried, and what’s bringing you in now. Expect real time with your provider. We may order labs at or after this visit to build the complete clinical picture before making recommendations.
Do you coordinate with my other providers?
Yes. With your permission, Dr. Justin communicates directly with your primary care physician, specialists, and physical therapist as needed. We work best as part of a coordinated care team.
Do you offer virtual visits?
We offer telemedicine for eligible Oregon patients. Services that require physical intervention — including ultrasound-guided procedures — require an in-person visit at our Lake Oswego clinic.
How do regenerative injections work, and are they right for me?
Regenerative injections — including prolotherapy and PRP — are used when they’re the right clinical tool, not as a default. We use musculoskeletal ultrasound for precision guidance and integrate them into a broader recovery plan. Whether they’re indicated for you depends on what we find in your evaluation.
Is IV therapy a Pacifica Healthcare service?
IV therapy is provided by Prime IV, a separate business operating at our Lake Oswego location. We’re happy to help you understand whether it complements your care plan.
