Your first visit is a comprehensive intake — not a quick check-in. Dr. Justin will go through your full health history, current symptoms, what you’ve already tried, and what’s bringing you in now. Expect real time with your provider. We may order labs at or after this visit to build the complete clinical picture before making any recommendations.

First appointments are longer by design — typically 60 minutes. We build in the time needed to actually understand what’s going on, not just address the most obvious symptom.

Yes — if you’re an Oregon patient and your situation doesn’t require a physical exam or procedure, your first consultation can be done via telemedicine. This includes health history reviews, lab discussions, and care planning conversations. We’ll confirm at booking.

Yes. With your permission, Dr. Justin communicates directly with your primary care physician, specialists, or physical therapist. We work best as part of a coordinated care team, and most of our patients continue seeing other providers alongside their Pacifica Healthcare care.
